Zoe is a 6th generation Californian who grew up in Davis, CA. She attended CSU Long Beach and spent a year studying voice in Florence, Italy. She still loves to sing, and on weekends she and her husband, Peter Van Gundy can be seen playing music together at various wineries or restaurants in town. She moved to San Luis Obispo in 2006, and fell in love with the town immediately; It took until 2008 to fall in love with Peter.

She enjoys working with people, and for 10 years worked as a manager and marketing representative in restaurants before meeting Peter. After several years of learning about business and Real Estate investing, they decided to study and earn their Real Estate Salesperson licenses to better serve their clients. They now work together as REALTORS® to serve your Real Estate needs.

When Zoe is not helping you buy or sell your home, she and Peter are raising their three young daughters. She looks forward to serving you with integrity and professionalism today!

Peter moved to San Luis Obispo from Gilroy, CA in 2000 to attend Cuesta, and then graduated from Cal Poly with his degree in Business and Finance. He almost took a job as a stock broker, but decided  to build his first business, Clearview San Luis Obispo. Clearview is a window cleaning and power washing service with over 1200 satisfied clients, and top rankings on Yelp and Angie's List for SLO County.

While Peter is happy to continue cleaning windows, his dream is to always continue to learn and grow in business as well as life. Several years ago, he began to study Real Estate investing as a second business. He went through a rigorous mentoring program, and decided to obtain his Real Estate salesperson license because he enjoyed working for and with people so much.

At this time, Peter runs the office, bookkeeping, website development, and video work for Van Gundy Realty. Peter looks forward to supporting Zoe as she serves you and your family with all of your Real Estate needs!
